Vehicle Location Tracking Device

Vehicle Location Tracking Device (VLTD) is a monitoring system, works by providing information on exact location & other parameters uses the global navigation satellites System (GNSS) and Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS) network. This network incorporate range of the satellites that use microwave signals that are transmitted to GPS devices to give the desired information of the vehicle like location, vehicle speed, direction etc. The GPS and GPRS present in the device are capable of sending the information like high speed warning ,tempering with the device, any breakdown ,rash driving ,any panic situation etc. the above parameters are captured by GPS and the information is relayed to the internet where it can be seen on smart phone, computer terminal or TV monitor. Vehicle Location Tracking Device works with the coordination of ECU, GPRS, Server and interfaces.

Speed Governors (Fuel Management System)

This Speed Limiter is based on the Fuel management system that used to control the speed of the vehicle by virtue of the quantity of fuel. It consists of Speed Sensor, Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and Solenoid Valve. It is installed in between the fuel pump & fuel filter. ECU can be programmed at any set speed. Speed Sensor is installed between the lower extremity of odometer cable and gear box .As the vehicle start moving its odometer cable rotates due to this rotation. Speed Sensor generates for a train of output pulses which are transmitted through cable to ECU. When subsequent output of the solenoid is generated. that control the flow of fuel quantity to maintain the set speed. This process is continues throughout the journey .this speed limiter is suitable for all big diesel operated vehicle like tractor , trailers and other vehicle having GVW greater than n 3.5 tonns

Speed Limiter is a device that used to control the speed of the Vehicle. It consists mainly of Speed Sensor, Electronic Control Unit, and Wiring Harness. As the name suggests it is capable to install all type of vehicles having Potentio metric accelerator Pedal irrespective of the fuel used in the vehicle i.e. the fuel of the vehicle may be Diesel, LPG, CNG or Petrol and it doesn't affect the performance of the system. This system is so concise that it can be installed anywhere in the vehicle cabin near the accelerator pedal. This System works on the principle of feedback analysis as the speed sensor send the signal to ECU of the SLD.
